Shipping Policy

We deliver orders to all countries within the European Union.

Orders are shipped using Speedy or other reliable courier services that provide coverage across the EU. The choice of courier may depend on the destination country and logistical availability.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Bulgaria and/or the country of dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the courier service used.

Estimated delivery times within the EU typically range from 2 to 7 business days after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, courier delays, or peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected courier service

The total shipping cost will be displayed before order confirmation.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events.

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s unavailability, any additional costs for re-delivery may be charged to the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@stormguard.eu. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.

8. Customs and Duties

For shipments within the European Union, no customs duties apply. VAT is handled in accordance with EU VAT regulations and displayed at checkout where applicable.
